The North Carolina Bar Association Acknowledges Firm’s North Carolina Offices
Kilpatrick Stockton LLP announces the firm’s North Carolina offices and Partner David Smith are being recognized by the North Carolina Bar Association with Certificates of Meritorious Recognition for pro bono work in 2004. The presentation will be made at the President’s lunch in June, at the NCBA’s annual meeting in Asheville.
Additionally, Mike Boggs, a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group was the recipient of the North Carolina Bar Association IP Section’s 2004 Outstanding Achievement Pro Bono Award. Mike is a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee, and spent 70 hours last year working on Grandparent Adoption, landlord tenant, domestic violence and Guardian ad Litem cases.
The Kilpatrick Stockton Intellectual Property Department in North Carolina is also being honored with the first-ever North Carolina Bar Association Intellectual Property Section Law Firm Award.
