Gael Mahony practices in the firm’s Litigation Section and specializes in complex business litigation across industries. He also specializes in appellate representation.

John Monaghan is the National Practice Group Leader of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Group. He focuses his practice on representing major case participants in complex commercial Chapter 11 cases.
