US Firm Cooley Godward Kronish LLP Names New CFO

RESTON, VA–(Marketwire – April 29, 2008) – Cooley Godward Kronish LLP announced today that Lisanne Fegan Morales has joined the Firm as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Morales, who has more than 20 years’ experience in law firm financial management, comes to Cooley from Washington, DC-based law firm Arnold & Porter, where she was CFO.

At Cooley, Morales will be responsible for the Firm’s overall financial and accounting functions. In her role, she will work closely and interact on a daily basis with the Firm’s executive management team.
