Wise focuses his practice on tax issues in the investment management area, including those associated with domestic and offshore hedge funds and private equity funds, as well as joint ventures, M&A transactions, and structured products. His clients include investment companies, hedge funds and private equity funds, capital market participants and tax-exempt organizations.
