Boston – (March 1, 2006) – Holland & Knight LLP today announced that Boston partner Mark Tarallo was elected Co-Chair of the Mergers & Acquisitions Committee of the Boston Bar Association.
The Mergers and Acquisitions Committee is a newly formed subcommittee of the Business Law Section of the Boston Bar Association. As a Co-Chair, Tarallo will be responsible for arranging programming and speakers, CLE presentations, and similar events, as well as coordinating activities with the other committees of the Business Law Section.
Tarallo is a member of Holland & Knight’s Business Law Department and practices primarily in the areas of corporate and securities law. Tarallo has represented both public and private companies extensively, from start-up companies to publicly traded multi-national corporations. He has represented both buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions, and has counseled clients in connection with public and private offerings of securities.
Tarallo received a BA from Boston College and earned his JD magna cum laude from the New England School of Law.
