Mr. Vilder specializes in bank financing and project financing. He has been involved in numerous bank and project financings in Canada, Europe, Africa and Asia. He is a member of many organizations, including the Barreau du Québec, the Bar of the State of New York, the Canadian Council on Africa and the Institute for Public-Private Partnerships.
