Chadbourne & Parke LLP has been retained to represent the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 cases of Parmalat USA Corp., et al., the U.S. dairy subsidiaries of Italian conglomerate Parmalat.
The case is pending in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
