CHARLOTTE (January 31) – Kilpatrick Stockton LLP announced today the addition of Deborah Fletcher to the firm’s Financial Restructuring Practice. Ms. Fletcher is joining Kilpatrick Stockton’s Charlotte office as a partner.

Ms. Fletcher focuses her practice on bankruptcy engagements, workouts and commercial transactions. Her experience spans bankruptcy matters of all sizes and complexity. Ms. Fletcher graduated from the University of Richmond (J.D.) and Virginia Commonwealth University summa cum laude (B.A.). She is admitted before all North Carolina and Virginia courts as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Ms. Fletcher is author of Bankruptcy – A Survival Guide for Lenders, published by the American Bankruptcy Institute, and contributing author to Chapter 11 Theory and Practice. Professional leadership and involvement includes Virginia State Bar, Bankruptcy Section, Board of Governors, 1990-1998; Turnaround Management Association, National Director, 1994 -1998, President, Carolinas Chapter, 1994-1998; American Bar Association, Section of Business Law, Executive Council, 1999-2003.
