Ty Warner acquired Las Ventanas, including land for future development, for an undisclosed sum on September 22, 2004.
Ty Warner Hotel and Resorts, LLC was founded and is solely owned by Ty Warner. The Las Ventanas al Paraiso—best known for its world-class spa, unparalleled service, exquisite accommodations, and superb dining—joins Ty Warner’s collection of unique and upscale destinations. The company owns properties in New York City, New York; Montecito and Santa Barbara, California; and the Kona Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii.
