Chicago, July 11, 2005 – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Baker & McKenzie LLP attorneys from various practice groups will share their global knowledge and experience in a series of web seminars, titled, “Expanding Your Business Globally”. The web seminars will provide practical information that every company “going global” should know in the areas of commercial agreements, taxation, immigration, distribution, intellectual property and trade.

The North American web seminars kick off on July 12 with a session on Managing Risk in Global Outsourcing and Offshoring. The Firm’s Global IT, privacy, and outsourcing lawyers will provide an overview of the steps that a business, which outsources or offshores IT or business process functions may take to ensure legal compliance and avoid common pitfalls.
