Chicago, September 27, 2005, – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Baker & McKenzie announced today that Bill Wood has joined the Firm as Senior Operating Officer of Global Client Services. He will work to further expand and enhance the Firm’s delivery of high quality services to clients through its globally integrated practices.
Wood has over 20 years of tax industry and practice management experience. He comes to Baker & McKenzie from a Big 4 accounting firm where he served as a partner on the senior management team, and made many significant contributions to that organization’s success in matching services and capabilities to client needs. Wood will be based in Chicago, but will spend considerable time in Baker & McKenzie’s offices worldwide.
