Clifford Chance recently represented the International Air Transport
Association (IATA) in the securitisation of ticket receivables of Korean Air
in Japan. This was Japan’s first securitisation of airline ticket
receivables. This deal has been named “Best Securitisation Deal of the
Year” by IFR and “Best Cross-Border Securitisation” by Finance Asia.
