Jamie Durham and Nichola Williams have joined the firm's corporate team in Auckland. Jamie is a corporate and commercial lawyer, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and other capital markets transactions. He has spent the past four years working in the general securities group of Allen & Overy's international capital markets team in London. Nichola's expertise is also in acquisitions and disposals, as well as in corporate governance, listings and secondary capital raisings. She has been working as a corporate lawyer in Dublin and London for the past five years, advising UK and international clients on a range of transactions, with a particular emphasis on initial public offers on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
