Singapore, 12 September, 2008 (LAWFUEL) – Baker & McKenzie.Wong & Leow is pleased to announce that corporate lawyer, Jon Worsfold has joined its Corporate & Securities Practice Group in Singapore as an Associate Principal. Jon is an experienced corporate lawyer, who has practiced in the South East Asian region for 10 years. He was formerly with Clifford Chance in London and Singapore.

Jon’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, takeovers, direct foreign investment and private equity. He has advised on a number of the region’s multi-million dollar cross-border transactions, involving multi-national corporations from a diverse range of sectors, including the finance, energy, telecom, hotel and tobacco industries.
