Cravath Announces Six New Partners

Six new partners have been elected from Cravath’s associate ranks.

They are: Nicholas A. Dorsey (J.D., Cornell Law School; M.Acc., Case Western Reserve University; B.S., Case Western Reserve University); Andrew C. Elken (J.D., University of Southern California School of Law; A.B., Princeton University); Evgenia Hochenberg (J.D., Stanford Law School; A.B., Dartmouth College); Vanessa A. Lavely (J.D., University of California Los Angeles School of Law; A.B., Harvard College); G.J. Ligelis Jr. (J.D., Harvard Law School; A.B., Princeton University); and Michael E. Mariani (J.D., Columbia Law School; M.B.A., Columbia University; B.A., Tufts University).

Mr. Dorsey is a member of Cravath’s Corporate Department, where he focuses on capital markets matters; Mr. Elken is a member of Cravath’s Corporate Department, where he focuses on M&A matters; Ms. Hochenberg is a member of Cravath’s Corporate Department, where she focuses on M&A matters; Ms. Lavely is a member of Cravath’s Litigation Department, where she focuses on general commercial litigation matters; Mr. Ligelis is a member of Cravath’s Corporate Department, where he focuses on M&A matters; and Mr. Mariani is a member of Cravath’s Corporate Department, where he focuses on capital markets matters.

The new partners will become members of the Firm on January 1, 2018.
