LOS ANGELES, February 8, 2018 – Clark Hill LLP announced today that Bradford Hughes has joined the firm as a Member in the Litigation practice resident in the Los Angeles office, where his practice will focus on representing clients in commercial litigation and trucking and transportation matters.

Hughes is an acknowledged industry leader in defending motor carriers in catastrophic injury litigation both at trial and in appellate proceedings. Hughes also represents Fortune 500 businesses, closely-held companies, motor carriers, financial institutions, and individuals in litigated and transactional matters, including as outside general counsel.
Hughes joined Clark Hill from Selman Breitman LLP where he was a Partner. He is a Southern California native who earned his B.A. from the University of Southern California and his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law. Hughes is a Certified Legal Management Professional, and is an active member of various professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Trucking Industry Defense Association.
