Mr. Cruciani represents individuals and companies in a wide variety of business disputes, including class actions, general contracts, intellectual property, trade secret, antitrust, oil and gas, securities, partnership disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, and employment cases.

Mr. Cruciani most recently was a Principal and founding member in the Dallas office of McKool Smith, P.C., where his practice focused on complex commercial litigation. His experience includes representing some of the biggest names in Texas business, including the Dr Pepper Bottling Co. of Texas; Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst; and Southwest Sports Group.
He earned his law degree with high honors from the University of Tennessee College of Law following his graduation from the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Cruciani is admitted to practice before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Tenth Circuits, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas and the District of Colorado.
