Mr. Robinson handles all aspects of patent and intellectual property litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in federal court, arbitration, and before the U.S. International Trade Commission.

Mr. Robinson, who previously practiced with Polasek, Quisenberry & Errington LLP in Houston, represents individuals and small businesses, as well as some of the world’s largest semiconductor, software, and biotechnology companies.
He earned his law degree at the University of Texas School of Law after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in biology from Pomona College in Claremont, Calif. His educational background includes two years of medical school at the Baylor College of Medicine.
Mr. Robinson is dedicated to providing pro bono legal services for underprivileged individuals, including serving as a Volunteer Attorney with Legal Aid of Northwest Texas in Dallas and as a volunteer mediator at the Dispute Resolution Center in Houston.
In 2007, Mr. Robinson was honored as a Texas Rising Star based on his work in intellectual property litigation. His selection was based on a statewide poll of fellow attorneys that appeared in Texas Law & Politics and Texas Monthly magazines. He has received a number of awards for his writing, and was honored with the Access to Justice Award for Outstanding Pro Bono Service from the Legal Aid Society of New York.
