Ms. Sooter’s practice combines her experience in business transactions with expertise in the healthcare industry. She has represented health care providers in every aspect of their business operations including merger and acquisition transactions, finance and securities matters, fraud and abuse issues, government and managed care reimbursement and other operational and regulatory issues unique to the healthcare industry.

Government reimbursement and managed care contracting issues.
Ms. Sooter received her B.B.A. with honors from the University of Texas in 1984, and her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1987. She is a member of the Business Law and Health Law Sections of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, the Dallas Bar Association, and the American Health Lawyers Associations.
Formerly, Ms. Sooter was Of Counsel at the Dallas office of Haynes & Boone. She is licensed to practice law in both Texas and Ohio.
