DALLAS – LAWFUEL – The Legal Newswire – Wilson Chu, a widely recognized transactions expert with Haynes and Boone, LLP, will address current mergers and acquisitions exit deal terms and strategies at the Practising Law Institute’s “Advanced Venture Capital 2007” event Aug. 10 in San Francisco.
Mr. Chu will join Bradley L. Finkelstein of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in surveying current trends in private company acquisitions, indemnification and escrow issues for sellers and venture capitalists, and public/private company acquisition issues.
