Will is a highly regarded private equity and international mergers and acquisitions lawyer who spent over ten years at Weil Gotshal & Manges, where he was a partner since 2002.
Will’s experience covers a broad range of corporate transactions, and he is recognised in particular for his expertise in advising private equity funds and corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments and private equity transactions.
Will joins a flourishing private equity practice at DLA Piper. The firm handles more private equity transactions than any other law firm and was recently voted Law Firm of the Year in the unquote” Private Equity Awards for the third year running. He will add to the firm’s increasing strength in the mid-market and upper mid-market.
