About William T. Bogaert
William T. Bogaert has 20 years of experience as a litigator, during which time he has represented lawyers and other non-medical professionals in litigation throughout New England. Bill has successfully defended lawyers and law firms in complex legal malpractice cases and in attorney disciplinary proceedings. He has also represented insurance agents and brokers in litigation, and registered representatives and life insurance agents and broker dealers in arbitrations and in litigation arising from sales practice disputes.
