Eversheds has taken on another new partner in its rapidly growing Paris office. Pascal de Moidrey joined the firm on 1 September 2003. Pascal joins from Paris firm Latournerie Wolfrom & Associés, where he advised on a wide variety of corporate finance matters. His expertise covers M&A deals, corporate restructuring, IPOs and private equity transactions for both French and foreign clients.

He is a member of the Paris Bar and speaks both French and English. He comments: “Eversheds is building a real presence in Paris and there was considerable appeal for me to join. The Paris office is developing a major role in the firm’s pan-European work and this is an exciting time to be a part of that process.”

Alan Jenkins, Eversheds’ head of international, adds: “We are bringing in some of the finest legal talent available to our Paris office, with the hire of partners such as Kristine Karsten. Pascal’s appointment adds new depth to our corporate expertise.”
