Eversheds wins global role advising THE MOROCCAN National Tourism Agency

LAWFUEL – Legal Newswire – International law firm Eversheds has been appointed to advise on the restructure and development of the Moroccan National Tourism Agency (ONMT) across their international offices. The project will be led by partner Boris Martor out of the Paris office and will span expertise across a number of Eversheds international offices. Eversheds will advise on the ONMT’s current network of nine offices in Madrid, Lisbon, Dubai, Düsseldorf, Zurich, Vienna, London, Montreal and Stockholm, as well as the creation of three new entities planned in New York, Tokyo and Moscow.

Building on Eversheds other recent sole adviser wins, the project aims to simplify the numerous legal jurisdictions, in addition to making recommendations for the compliance of the regulations for each ONMT country office. The team will also work in close cooperation with contacts in Rabat and Casablanca.
