Women in law continues to be an area of growing interest – not just for women but also for the law profession.
And so Yale’s “Women in Law” report on the Top 10 Family Friendly law firms is a matter of considerable interest. The survey involves Vault 100 law firms and looks at issues ranging from time options, parental leave policies, and childcare availability among others.
The data is then used to see how the policies are used by both male and female lawyers in the firms.
And the list? Well, it has some dramatic changes from the previous year with only three of last year’s firms returning to the Top 10.
