Greenberg Traurig LLP announced today that Ian S. Marx joined the firm as of counsel in the New Jersey office. Mr. Marx has varied and extensive experience in the area of complex commercial litigation and provides the firm’s clients with representation and advice concerning disputes. His abundant courtroom experience includes appearances before numerous state and federal courts as well as bankruptcy courts, the surrogate’s court, arbitration tribunals, and in mediation proceedings.

Mr. Marx earned his B.A. from Dickinson College, his M.A. from Drew University and his J.D., magna cum laude, from New York Law School. After law school, Mr. Marx served as law clerk to the Honorable William H. Walls, United States District Court Judge for the District of New Jersey
