This compact xDSL tester, module V300, features high accuracy, fast response time and a digital multi meter (DMM) which is used to test loop resistance, insulation resistance, capacitance, AC-DC voltage and estimate wire length. It verifies connectivity from user to ISP service provider and conducts network layer tests after dial-up, including Ping, Ipconfig, Route and Tracert. The tester is equipped with a large colorful TFT LCD screen supporting web browsing. It emulates a computer to test broadband IP lines or initiates PPPoE dial-up to test IP network connections and troubleshoot modem or computer problems. The tester performs PC emulation without an additional ADSL2+ or VDSL modem or a computer. Moreover, it has a Windows CE operating system and a large memory capacity and can store up to 2000 ADSL test records.
