HOUSTON – Attorney Jill L. Groff, who concentrates her practice on complex business litigation, has joined the Haynes and Boone, LLP Houston office in an of counsel capacity.
Ms. Groff handles antitrust, securities, and white collar criminal defense matters. During her career, she has represented a variety of clients, including an international jewelry company against a lender for tortious interference, and a forestry equipment company in an insurance subrogation lawsuit.
She took her J.D. from The University of Texas in 1988 with honors after graduating with a B.A. from The University of Texas in 1985.
