Just a week since his “Harry Potter Lexicon” failed to qualify for fair use protection with a $6750 judgment in favour of J K Rowling his passion for Harry Potter continues, this time with a planned “travel memoir” outlining key UK locations that he claims inspired the Harry Potter series.
The owner of Michigan-based RDR, which planned to publish the “H.P. Lexicon,” expects his attorneys to file a notice of appeal preserving his and Vander Ark’s right to edit the book in order to pass muster with Judge Patterson. <a href= The 68 page judgment can be read here
