The best law schools in the US have been ranked by the National Law Journal according to the percentage of 2011 juris doctor graduates.

The law school rankings always generates controversy and argument as to how it should be calculated, but the NLJ notes that among the 50 schools in their survey, 22 per cent of the 2011 graduates got associate jobs at law firms. A five per cent drop from the previous year.

After the University of Pennsylvania law school came Northwestern University School of Law, followed by Columbia Law School and Harvard Law School.
