Kilpatrick Stockton Continues Expansion of Charlotte Office

CHARLOTTE (March 10 – LAWFUEL) – Kilpatrick Stockton announced today that attorney Mark S. Denny has joined the firm’s Charlotte office. Mr. Denny will serve as a senior associate in Kilpatrick Stockton’s Finance and Real Estate Department.

Mr. Denny has over a decade of experience in banking, finance, commercial real estate and civil litigation. Prior to joining Kilpatrick Stockton, he worked as an associate for Alston & Bird in Charlotte. Mr. Denny also worked as Vice President- Portfolio Manager of Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities transactions at Wachovia Bank, National Association.

He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Mecklenburg County Bar Association. Mr. Denny has also served as President of the Board of Directors for the Cabarrus County Mediation Center and as Judge for the Cabarrus County Teen Court Program.

He received his J.D. from Oklahoma City University School Of Law and his B.S.B.A. in Business Law and Accounting from Western Carolina University, cum laude.

Mr. Denny joins the firm following the recent addition of Counsel Bryan Tyson to Kilpatrick Stockton’s Employee Benefits Team.
