Ms. Harris, Mr. Sullivan, and Mr. Tucker are joining Kilpatrick Stockton’s internationally-recognized Trademark and Copyright Team in the firm’s Intellectual Property Department.

Olivia Harris focuses her practice on trademark and copyright litigation. Ms. Harris earned her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. During law school, Ms. Harris was on the editorial board of the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal, and she worked as a judicial intern for Judge Ralph Fabrizio, Acting New York Supreme Court Justice, Bronx County, Criminal Division. Ms. Harris is currently a member of the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL).
Breen Sullivan focuses her practice on trademark and copyright prosecution and litigation. Ms. Sullivan earned her B.A. from Yale University and her J.D. from Tulane University Law School, cum laude. She spent the year following law school in Florence, Italy working with the legal team of an industry leader in Oil & Gas on complex litigations and developing methods of Alternative Dispute Resolution in the international context. While in law school, Ms. Sullivan served as Student Attorney for the school’s Domestic Violence Clinic, served on the Moot Court Board and was a member of the International Jessup Moot Court Appellate team. She completed the Tulane Law School’s International Law Summer Program in Rhodos, Greece in 2007 and became a certified Mediator through Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin’s International Mediation and Negotiation program in 2006. Ms. Sullivan received the Tulane Law School Pro Bono Award and is currently a member of NAWL and the Transnational Dispute Management’s Young-OGEMID.
Ashford Tucker focuses his practice on litigation and prosecution aspects of trademark and copyright law. Mr. Tucker earned his B.A. from the College of Charleston and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School. After his first year of law school, Mr. Tucker worked as a judicial intern under the Honorable David Norton of the United States District Court, District of South Carolina. During law school, Mr. Tucker worked as an intern for Tennessee Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, Country Music Television, and he also worked with Vanderbilt University Law School’s Intellectual Property Legal Clinic. Mr. Tucker received the Vanderbilt Scholastic Excellence Award, Professional Responsibility, while at Vanderbilt University Law School.
