LA Lawyer’s Eviction Notice to Billie Eilish

Avi Sinai claims to be the leading eviction lawyer in LA County and his firm has offered to evict Billie Eilish from her home following her Grammys stunt where she railed against ICE saying it was not being illegal to live on stolen land. Eilish’s multimillion dollar estate in Los Angeles was once the land of the Tongva tribe and her Grammy comments provide what Sinai says amounts to a “rightful action for possession as the true owner of the property.”

“The 30-day notice is already written and ready to be served,” he says.

The Tongva tribe confirmed that the singer’s $3 million home does sit on its “ancestral land.”

“It is our hope that in future discussions, the tribe can explicitly be referenced to ensure the public understands that the greater Los Angeles Basin remains Gabrieleno Tongva territory,” the tribal spokesperson added.

Eilish was widely mocked online for her gratuitous observations on Sunday, as she yelled, “F–k ICE” from the stage while denouncing the US as stolen land.

Meanwhile, Sinai’s stunt may also be a publicity-seeking as the woman he may seeks to evict.
