London – LAWFUEL – DLA Piper UK LLP (“DLA Piper”) has advised Barclays Bank Plc, Lloyds TSB Bank Plc, HSBC Bank Plc and The Royal Bank of Scotland Plc on their provision of £80,000,000 debt funding which was utilised in part to fund the take private of SSP Holdings Plc by H & F Sensor Bidco Limited – a company formed and ultimately owned by Hellman & Friedman LLC.
