CHICAGO – March 13, 2009 – Loeb & Loeb’s Raymond A. Sanseverino, Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department represented Willis of Illinois, Inc., a subsidiary of Willis Group Holdings, in its lease of more than 140,000 square feet on multiple floors of the Sears Tower, the iconic 110-story skyscraper located at 233 S. Wacker Drive in Chicago, Illinois. As part of the negotiations, Willis was granted naming rights to the building.

As a result of the transaction, the London-based insurance brokerage firm will consolidate its regional offices and move nearly 500 associates into its new space, and the tallest building in the United States and the tallest office building in the Western Hemisphere will soon be known as “Willis Tower”.
