LAWFUEL – Business & Law News Wire – The international law firm Clifford Chance advised Commerz Grundbesitz-Spezialfondsgesellschaft mbH (CGS), Wiesbaden, in relation to its acquisition of Depot Sachsenhausen in Frankfurt am Main from Depot Sachenhausen GmbH & Co. KG.
Depot Sachsenhausen is a former tram depot with total floor space of about 13,000 m² which is currently being converted into jointly used residential and business premises containing offices, residential units and shops. The remaining areas will be taken over by the municipal library of Frankfurt.
