LAWFUEL – Law News Network – Davis Polk & Wardwell is advising Morgan Stanley on its acquisition of a 19% stake in Lansdowne Partners, a London-based hedge fund. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Lansdowne, founded by Paul Ruddock and Steven Heinz in 1998, has over $12 billion in assets under management invested in European and United Kingdom stocks, financial institutions worldwide, macro strategies and emerging markets.
