LAWFUEL – Law News Network – Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is pleased to announce that Ariel Harroch has joined the firm’s Paris office as a partner in the Corporate Transactions Practice Group. Accompanying him are European partner Marie-Charlotte Trebuchet and six associates. Harroch and Trebuchet focus their practices in mergers and acquisitions and private equity, as well as tax issues. Prior to joining the firm, the group practiced with French law firm Veil Jourde.

Harroch has practiced at French law firm Veil Jourde since 1995, as a partner since 1999. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and advises French and international corporations on matters relating to growth, cross-border operations and restructuring.
Harroch is a graduate of HEC, one of the most prestigious business schools in France, and of Paris XI law school, where he obtained a Masters degree in International Tax Law.

Trebuchet also focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions. In addition, she advises major investment funds on capital investment and capital development transactions.
A member of the Paris bar since 1997, Trebuchet is a graduate of the highly regarded ESCP business school and of Paris X law school.
