Lawfuel – The Law News Network – The US Attorney in Los Angeles reports that Joann Wiggan, a 33-year veteran of SBC has been arrested after being indicted earlier today on perjury charges.
Wiggan, 52, of Burbank, is alleged to have committed perjury before a grand jury on two separate dates regarding her contacts with fellow SBC worker Ray Turner, who was named in the main Pellicano indictment that was unsealed last week. Wiggan is expected to make her first court appearance later this afternoon in Roybal 341.
