LAWFUEL – The Lawyer Newswire – We have been shortlisted for the M&A Team of the Year Award in the 2007 Financial News Legal Awards. The winners, which will be chosen by the readers of Financial News magazine, will be announced on 8 November.
Lovells was nominated for work advising US pharmaceuticals group Schering-Plough on its €11 billion acquisition of Organon BioSciences NV, the international human and animal healthcare businesses of Dutch chemicals company Akzo Nobel NV.
