LAWFUEL – The Legal Newswire – Blake Dawson Waldron acted for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company on the US$1.475 billion sale of its Engineered Products Division (EPD) to global private equity firm Carlyle Partners IV, L.P. The EPD business manufactures engineered rubber products for industrial, military, consumer and transportation equipment.
