LAWFUEL – UK Law News – The Cambridge office opens its doors 18 months after Charles Russell opened its Oxford office, making it the only legal practice in the country with offices in both Oxford and Cambridge, two university cities renowned as centres of excellence in both business and research.
The primary focus of the Cambridge office will be to advise clients on employment, corporate, technology and intellectual property matters, building on Charles Russell’s outstanding AIM expertise and complementing the work of the other offices, particularly Oxford. In addition, Charles Russell’s well-regarded charities group will also be focusing on providing advice to not-for-profit sector organisations in the region.

Following on from local well-regarded lawyers Tim Tyndall, Nick Sayer and Hilary Aldred joining Charles Russell other local lawyers have been recruited to supplement existing Charles Russell lawyers. This will further strengthen and enhance the growing reputation of the Charles Russell employment team which is headed by David Green. David will play a lead role in the development of the Cambridge office.

Charles Russell LLP Managing Partner Grant Howell, said, “Cambridge is a vibrant business centre ideally suited to our strengths in the employment, corporate, technology and not-for-profit fields in particular. Our Cambridge office provides a real synergy with our Oxford office, and will further our commitment to offer the best service to our clients.”
