LAWFUEL – UK Law, UK Law Jobs – Linklaters has advised Allied London Properties (ALP) on the sale of two office buildings at its Spinningfields development in Manchester.
Morley Fund Management, on behalf of Norwich Union Property Trust, has bought the 180,000 sq ft 3 Hardman Square, pre-let to law firm Halliwells, and the 52,000 sq ft 4 Hardman Square, half of which is pre-let to accountants Grant Thornton.
Linklaters has been providing ALP with ongoing advice in relation to the development, construction and letting of Spinningfields, one of Europe’s largest city centre redevelopments.
