Mr. Gerard’s practice is devoted to business litigation, with a specific focus on real estate, partnership and property disputes. He is also a trained mediator with extensive experience in resolving cases through mediation and arbitration.

Mr. Gerard earned his law degree from the Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1984 and his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas in 1981. He is a member of the Pearce Area Exchange Club and a former coach of the J.J. Pearce High School Mock Trial Team in Richardson.
