LawFuel – Legal Newswire – On September 8, Magnesita Refratários S.A. announced that it had agreed to acquire LWB Refractories GmbH & Co. from Rhone Capital LLC for an assumed cash and equity consideration of €277 million. The combined companies are expected to be the third-largest producer of refractories in the world.
