Legal Announcements – Stakeholder 100 names Andrews Kurth Lawyers Kevin Hardman and Raymond Randle to the Class of 2007

HOUSTON – LAWFUEL – The Legal Newswire – Andrews Kurth Associates Kevin Hardman and Raymond Randle have been named to the Class of 2007 by Stakeholder 100. The inaugural program of Stakeholder 100™ works with industry leaders to identify top performing associates of color and joins with their law firms to deliver investments directed to their career development and impact.

Hardman and Randle were selected by a committee of attorneys from major corporations across the nation. The selection of minority attorneys and their law firms by the Stakeholder 100 committee is designed to help recipients enhance their value to the legal profession, clients and their firm.
Hardman joined Andrews Kurth in 2001 and focuses his practice on general business litigation and corporate representation. His experience also includes personal injury, products liability, commercial litigation, and regulatory compliance in mergers and acquisitions. His work with civic and community organizations include Habitat for Humanity, Meals on Wheels, Special Olympics, and Toys for Tots. Hardman earned his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center; a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Wright State University; and his undergraduate degree in Physics from Howard University.
“It was both an honor and a privilege to be selected to attend the inaugural Stakeholder Academy,” said Hardman. ”It represented a unique opportunity for one-on-one interaction with both distinguished speakers and noted corporate counsel, as well as the rising stars of the legal profession. I look forward to a long and fruitful association with the Stakeholder organization.”
Randle joined the firm in 1998 and concentrates his practice on civil litigation, with an emphasis on toxic tort, products liability, premises liability, personal injury and commercial litigation. He also has experience representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. He has defended major oil, chemical and manufacturing companies in more than 200 toxic tort cases involving liability and wrongful death claims for alleged exposure. Randle earned his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center and his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Oklahoma.
“The Stakeholder Academy was one of the most significant professional development experiences in my legal career,” says Randle. “It was an honor to be selected to participate with such a talented group of colleagues whom I now consider my teammates.”
“We are very pleased that Kevin’s and Raymond’s contributions and legal skills have been recognized,” said Bob Jewell, Andrews Kurth managing partner. “This award also honors the commitment of Andrews Kurth to attract and mentor the finest associates and to promote a culture of diversity and inclusion.”
Hardman and Randle attended an opening ceremony in Orlando, Fla., on November 9, 2007 and also attended the Stakeholder 100 Career Academy, a two-day leadership development program hosted by Stakeholder 100 committee members.
