Legal Citation – Loeb & Loeb Real Estate Department Chair Receives 2009 Franklin & Marshall College Alumni Citation

May 26, 2009 – NEW YORK – LAWFUEL.com – Legal Newswire – Loeb & Loeb Real Estate Department Chair Raymond Sanseverino recently received the 2009 Alumni Citation from his alma mater Franklin & Marshall College of Lancaster, PA. The Franklin & Marshall Alumni Citation is presented annually to an alumna or alumnus who is distinguished in a particular profession, has provided dedicated leadership and service to the community, and has established an exemplary record of accomplishment in a specific field of endeavor.

The college presented the Citation to Mr. Sanseverino in recognition of his professional achievements in real estate law and for his philanthropy, volunteer work and dedication to the school. Since his graduation, he has continuously given back to the institution by endowing a financial aid scholarship, making numerous leadership gifts and supporting the Franklin & Marshall Fund. He has also served as a member of the Alumni Board and President of the Alumni Association and will serve as a member of the Board of Trustees of the College effective July 1.

Currently landlord’s counsel at more than twenty office buildings, Mr. Sanseverino is well-respected and influential in the Manhattan commercial real estate community. He has also handled some of the largest and most significant real estate transactions in the United States, concentrating his practice on commercial real estate law, with an emphasis in leasing, brokerage and conveyancing transactions. He represents both landlords and tenants in the leasing of all types of real estate, including office and retail space.
