London, 15 January 2007 – LAWFUEL – Business Law News – Baker & McKenzie, London has advised both TAG Group (Holdings) S.A. and Ron Dennis CBE (McLaren Group Chairman & CEO) on the sale of a 30% strategic stake in McLaren Group Limited to Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company, a company wholly owned by The Ministry of Finance of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The transaction is subject to a competition clearance, which is expected to be received within a period of 6 weeks.
