LONDON – 24 June – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Jones Day, led by private equity partner James Goold, has advised the management team on its participation in the £300 million ($546 million) institutional buy-out of Cannon Avent Group plc, the leading provider of baby care products, by Charterhouse Capital Partners.
