With this deal and the firm’s representation of Macerich in its $2.5 billion acquisition of Wilmorite that closed a month ago, O’Melveny & Myers has handled two of the largest REIT M&A deals of the year.
The deal involved an incredible effort by an O’Melveny & Myers legal team led by partner Mark Easton.
